Booking Policy

We’ve made booking your HIKE BVI adventure simple and flexible.

📅 Booking Your Tour

You can reserve your spot easily through our online booking system. Just choose your tour, pick your date and time, and confirm your booking.

Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

💳 Payment

• We do not take payment at the time of booking.
• Payment will be made on the day of your tour.
• We’ll share the available payment options with you after booking.

🔁 Cancellations & Changes

Plans can change, we understand.

• Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

If you need to make changes, just reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly.

⏰ Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early before your scheduled tour time.
• This helps us start on time and give everyone the best experience.

🌦️ Weather Conditions

Your safety is our priority, If weather conditions are not suitable, we will:

• Reschedule your tour, or
• Offer an alternative option
